We were just going to meet to discuss the job more when the flood happened. Recently, I've been covering most of the shifts of the gazebo myself.

However much supervision you were planning on, I'd double it.

Probably keep finding ways to hurt people who piss him off.

There *is* no other stage.

If he's killing people, there's probably a reason for it. Even if you don't give a shit about people. Especially if you don't give a shit about people because killing them makes other people get involved and those original people aren't even dead. It's stupid.

I don't think it was a pragmatic decision to try to get anybody out of the way for good. I think it was just sadism. He doesn't care that those original people came back, because the point wasn't the killing, it was the hurting. He likes to cause pain.

Just keep an eye on him while you're doing the therapy thing. And while you're not.

I meant more about your work experience not being that relevant here. Is that hard to adjust to?

I save people from bad guys, but that's usually where it ends. Reforming the bad guys afterwards isn't usually a part of the job description.

I... occasionally lack the context that most wardens would have. Often times I have to ask Arthur for explanations or context for things, which can be a problem when trying to maintain trust with my inmate and other people.

Seriously? People give you shit for that?
